Charles Brown is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Oil, Gas and Mineral Law and a Certified Professional Landman with 31 years of landman experience, 29 of which are combined with legal experience. He has worked in large corporations and small oil companies in a wide range of positions from lease broker to land manager. Mr Brown's expertise extends to wetlands and other environmental issues, oil and gas transactions (leases, unit declarations, participation agreements, JOAs, joint ventures, all types of partnerships, corporations and business formations, assignments and land titles). Charles is an experienced trial lawyer and is available for foreign or domestic travel.
