He has worked in large corporations and small oil companies in a wide range of positions from lease broker to land manager. Mr Brown's expertise extends to wetlands and other environmental issues, oil and gas transactions, leases, unit declarations, participation agreements, JOAs, joint ventures, all types of partnerships, corporations and business formations, assignments and land titles.
